Delegate Access

Hello

I would like to provide delegate access to my assistant so that he can help me manage my emails. For client confidentiality I don't want him to see the email addresses of the clients. Is there any way to hide the email addresses from a delegate?

Kind regards

Bilal

    Dear Bilal Mazhar,

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

As per your description, we understand that you have a concern with hiding client email addresses from a delegate. If I am wrong, please correct me. Thank you.

Based on your concern, we have been researching and did test from our end for possible solutions, at this moment, it seems it is not feasible to hide client's email address from a delegate. However, your concern is very meaningful, and we believe that this is many users concern as well, therefore we strongly recommend you to upload your concern as an idea to Microsoft Outlook Feedback site Outlook · Community (microsoft.com). We will also raise your concern to our Product Team and hopefully this can be included in the future updates.

Thank you for your precious time and understanding. For other concerns, please do not hesitate to add your post in the Microsoft Community Team.

Stay safe and healthy, Have a nice day!

    Sincerely,

    Libeamlak | Microsoft Community Moderator
