I have just bought a new ipad air and transferred data from my 2 year old ipad. I have a Premium subscription running on my laptop and ipad but this subscription hasn’t transferred to the new ipad. The app was transferred but not the subscription. The laptop is approximately 6 months old and the subscription was installed at time of purchase. How can this be resolved.

    That info is not correct

The MS Account associated with Office only shows PC's/Macs not iPad/Android devices

Your laptop is functioning with Office OK?

On the new iPad you would need to install the individual Office components from the App Store

    Hi johnderbyshire1,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

I am a Microsoft 365 user, just like you.

Office 365 can be used on 5 devices simultaneously. Have you signed in Office on your new iPad using the Microsoft account associated with the Office 365 subscription?

If you have, your subscription is active on the new iPad; if you have any error message or reason to think it is not, please share with the Community.

Let me know if you need any more help.
