Hi,
I am investigating a possible switch to Microsoft365 and moving the mailboxes of a small business.
One mailbox is used by two users at the same time, on two different desktops.
So I thought: a shared mailbox!
However, they also want to use that mailbox on tablets and their mobile phones, and that is, as far as I can tell, not supported.
Also, they want to use the same OneNote and OneDrive, at the same time!
So, is it possible two share the same Microsoft365 account/user between these two users (concurrently)?
What are my/their options?

Who is the current mail provider? Is it IMAP or Exchange type?
