I'm sure one of Gina's forms will work for you, but just be aware that by its very basic structure, Access is not suitable for high security situations. A reasonably skillful Access developer can probably "crack" most any Access-based system; the old saying "locks keep out honest people" applies! If you just want to keep co-workers from meddling you should be OK; if you want to keep out determined and knowledgeable hackers, you would need more advanced techniques.
