AZ 900 certification at free of cost after attending webinar

Hi

I recently attended a webinar on Microsoft Azure Fundamentals on July 17, 2020 and I was informed that I'm eligible to take AZ 900 exam at free of cost if I register within 5 business days. When I tried to register for the exam and checked in the discount eligibility checker, it shows that my email ID is not eligible for any discount. I've used the same email ID (that I used to register in the webinar) as primary alias with my microsoft account. Could you please suggest how to avail the discount or take the exam without any cost?
