Hello Team,

I am trying to login to my email through Outlook app on my mobile which is asking Authentication on Microsoft Authenticator app, so I downloaded and trying to login through my email in the Authenticator app, but is says to open an Authenticator app to continue even though I’m currently on Microsoft Authenticator. It's like stuck in self loop. I have been stuck in this loop for quite some time now. Below is a screenshot.

Help would be much appreciated. Please let me know if it easy to show over video call.

Thanks,

Sarvani.
