Update Compliance Configuration || Configuration profile Not applicable

Hello Team,

We have deployed Update Compliance Configuration profile to Windows devices in some machine it says its not applicable.

How ever those windows machine needs to be applied with this profile.

Could you please share your thoughts on this.

    Have you reviewed the log files? What about the detect for those SU?
