Dear WalnutGroove

Good day to you and thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

I understand you're unable to log into the Microsoft Adin center. Please try the following suggestions ;

  • Please try to login when your browser is inprivate window, to do so navigate to your browser menu and select either inprivate or incognito window
  • Try to login to the admin center using a different browser.
  • You may also try to login using the following link http://portal.office365.com/

In the meantime I'd like to confirm if you have any aliases set up for your account?

We look forward to your reply. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Momo Kamboni | Microsoft Community Moderator
