Morph transition won’t work

I was making a PowerPoint presentation, but when trying to transition from an image (using the morph transition) to a 3D model on the next slide, there is just a gray loading screen and it doesn’t transition. It worked fine yesterday. I was using the desktop version yesterday but I have to use the web version today. Could that be why?

3D Models aren't supported in PowerPoint Online. If you create an image-to-3D model morph transition in the desktop software, then upload that to your OneDrive account, PowerPoint Online will play the Morph transition. However, in the Online version, the 3D model will become a static image, not a rotatable model.
