I have been running two One Drive accounts on one particular PC (Windows 10). one personal, the other business 365. All worked fine until a couple of days ago (and both accounts are working on other PC's with the same accounts). My personal OneDrive is working fine on the PC in question however the Business365 account stopped working and requested I sign in again at which point I received an error code 80070005 (Correlation ID: 1099b***e330c5d9ef). I have also tried to enter the Registration admin but I could not do that (although I am sure the PC runs as administrator). I did run Windows update KB5020030) a couple of days ago but I don't think this is related.. Any ideas about how to sign-in to my Business365???

    Dear Anthony,

Greetings! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

As per your description, you have 2 OneDrive accounts, personal OneDrive account and OneDrive from Microsoft 365 business account.

We'd like to help you, please let us cooperate and please don't worry, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation.

Based on the troubleshooting steps you tried, the issue only happens on one particular PC.

As mentioned in this article What do the OneDrive error codes mean? - Microsoft Support, Error Code 0x80070005 suggests there is an issue with OneDrive updates.

We know you have run Window update.

May I know if you tried resetting OneDrive? If not, you may follow steps below.

1.Press the Windows key and R to open the Run dialog box,

2.Copy this and paste it into the dialog window, then press OK.

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

3.Manually restart OneDrive by going to Start, type OneDrive in the search box, and then click on the OneDrive desktop app.

You may also try to reinstall OneDrive application. Here is OneDrive install package: version 22.227.1030.0001.

If same issue still happens, we do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

To do further troubleshooting, you may switch to a different Windows account, check if you can sign in OneDrive for business account in OneDrive application. This way helps you determine if the issue only happens in a specific Windows user profile.

For reference: Create a local user or administrator account in Windows - Microsoft Support

And may I know when did the issue start to appear? After a Windows update?

Thanks for your cooperation! I hope you keep safe and healthy always.

    Sincerely,

    Tina | Microsoft Community Moderator
