I Cannot use Backspace in MS Word.

It happens when I try to delete the line that is in numbering or bullet.

I have asked for the help from MS Support Chat and tried many suggestions 1.) Check the Typing replaces selected text in Advanced Options or 2) Check the Set left-and first indent with tabs and backspaces or 3) uninstall and reinstall offices. but the problem still doesn't fix.

Then I came here for the community help.

My current PC is using Windows 11 - Insider Beta V. (Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22622.440 (ni_release)).

Microsoft Office 2021 (Cam with PC) and 365 that just installed.

In a multilevel list, pressing Backspace once at the beginning of the paragraph would usually suppress the numbering. Pressing Backspace repeatedly removes the indent and then merges with the preceding paragraph.

What are you seeing? And what do you expect to see?
