Microsoft 365 Admin password reset

Hello,

I cannot reset my admin account password (at admin.microsoft.com)

When I try to reset password via "Forgot password?", I receive message "You can't reset your own password because you haven't registered for password reset."

Also, there is "If you can't sign in, you must contact your administrator to reset your password for you." message, but I'm an administrator. I have an access to my email, but cannot get reset code.

Clicking "contact Support" gives me an error: "The resource you have requested is not found."

Would appreciate any advices.

    Dear Kerry Chen,

    thank you for reply!

Unfortunately, I'm the only administrator. The reason why I need to access this account - I want to delete domain that I own, because now I have another account and active Microsoft 365 subscription and want to use my domain for Exchange user.

Where should I go to delete domain from the old account? I can proof that I own this domain.
