MS EXCEL doubts

I have created a list of dates using data validation. Now beside that cell, I have a form where different data is to be entered & stored in each cell based on the list of dates. On each day, I will select today's date in the list & fill the form accordingly. I should also be able to see the values I entered on earlier dates if that date is chosen.

Basically, I want a cell to store the values everyday according to the date I will be choosing from the list. I will enter the data daily and I want the excel file to sore them accordingly. How to create the code? Can I use conditional formatting? Please advice & clarify my query.

Maybe it's because you checked my private message too late. Please share your file in OneDrive and copy the link to Microsoft Community so that we can figure out a workaround. Detailed steps are listed here: Share OneDrive files and folders (microsoft.com)
