Error! Hyperlink reference not valid (Word for Mac)

Question

Hi there,

When I download a resume and I open it up in Microsoft Word. Next to where the applicants email address is on the resume it says Error! Hyperlink reference not valid but when I open it up in text edit we can see the email address, it just isn't hyperlinked. How can we get it working on Microsoft word so we can see the email address

I'm using Microsoft word version 16.62 on a Macbook Pro

• Do all resume files have this problem？
• Screenshot of the error message.
• If you upload this file to OneDrive, see wherther this will happen on Word for Web?
