Duplicate billing

I was billed twice for the $99.99 fee for annual subscription on the same day in May of 2021. How can I get this corrected?

    I understand that you have received a duplicate charge from Microsoft. I suggest you contact microsoft billing support to report this error and request a refund. I will show you the way for you to speak with a support agent.

    On the page that opens, follow the steps below:

    1. Enter your problem and click <Get Help>
    2. Click <Login and Contact Support> at the bottom of the page
    3. Log in with your Microsoft account
    4. Under Products and Services, select the <Microsoft 365 and Office> option.
    5. Under Category, select <Manage Subscription> and confirm.
    6. Click "Chat with a Support Agent in Your Browser" and follow the onscreen instructions.
    7. An agent will help you shortly.

    → Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 days.
