On the page that opens, follow the steps below:
- Enter your problem and click <Get Help>
- Click <Login and Contact Support> at the bottom of the page
- Log in with your Microsoft account
- Under Products and Services, select the <Microsoft 365 and Office> option.
- Under Category, select <Manage Subscription> and confirm.
- Click "Chat with a Support Agent in Your Browser" and follow the onscreen instructions.
- An agent will help you shortly.
