Good morning,
History: We had one admin make a change and potentially another admin go back and revert that change in teams to a users meeting policies.
Question: How do i run down who made what changes to an associates Teams account / policies?

To my knowledge, the audit log can help you investigate specific activities across Microsoft 365 Services. For Microsoft Teams, here are some of the activities that are audited including Teams creation, Team deletion, Added Channel and changed setting.
