    Dear LINI25,

    Sorry for the late reply.

May I know if the situation still happens on your side? If so, please contact your admin/IT department and let them raise a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Support> New service request. That support team there will have the correct channel to help you collect the log file from local and find what exactly the reason has caused this situation.

    Appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Sincerely,

    George | Microsoft Community Moderator

    Hi George,

I am jumping in on this conversion. We have multiple people on different PC's/Laptop and VM's experiencing this same issue in the Whiteboard application. This happens after you launch a new whiteboard or try to edit a whiteboard. Logging into the Whiteboard is not the issue.

Whiteboard on the web works just fine.

    Thanks

    Dear Amr,

    Thanks for posting back.

According to your reply, the situation only happens when you open whiteboards in the Whiteboard application, and you have already reinstalled the application.

To troubleshoot the situation further, I would like to collect more information.

    1. Are your colleagues in the same situation? If not, please run the Whiteboard application on another device, check if the situation happens again or not.
    2. Please connect to another network and check if the situation happens again or not.

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    George | Microsoft Community Moderator
