zoom.us emails

I have a user not receiving zoom.us emails. When I checked the trace log and found they are failing with the label FilteredAsSpam. I've added all the IP addresses zoom as in the allow list and I've added ******@zoom.us to the allow sender list. The user still cannot receive the email. Please advise.

    Regarding this situation, for a proper assistance, we need to investigate the situation from our side.

    Please provide the following information:

    1. Please provide the screenshot of the message trace and we will check it from our side.
    2. Please get the Non Delivery Report from the sender side if possible. And will check what it says.
    3. Please confirm if the user receives the emails in the junk folders or if the emails is in the quarantine.
