Note: If the Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise subscription is purchased from reseller partner or syndicate partner and if they cannot open service request from their side, Microsoft 365 Business / Education subscriber need to contact their reseller partner to open service request from reseller partner side, after that Microsoft Business support engineer will involve in the service request.
