    HI Sinfulslave!

Thank you for writing to the Microsoft Answer Community Forum, I am Shakiru, an independent advisor and a user like you, and I am glad to be helping you out today.

I can see that some of the content of the PDF file coverted to the Word document appears as an object. Thus to remove this object: Select the object> right-click it and click on delete object or press the delete key on the keyboard.

Please let me know if you need further help

    Kind Regards, Shakiru

It appears that the pdf was created by a scanning process and as a result, when it is opened in Word, it appears as a series of images, rather than text that can be edited. If you need to be able to edit the text, you will need to use an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) utility to convert the images into text. Word itself does not have that capability, but there is such a facility in OneNote.
