My MS Office 365 Bookings app stopped working on all my devices. I cannot make a booking for a client or even update or create customers or any information.
I have tried everything and do not know where to start to fix the issue. No matter what I do, I get this message
Can someone help please

Hi Lizelle Henrico,
Thank you for posting on Microsoft Forum.
Based on your description, you said that you cannot make a booking for a client, update with the "Sorry couldn't save the event. Please try again error" error message. In my understanding, this might be a permissions issue; can you check to see if other staff members are able to update or create a customer in booking? Was this working previously, and if so, when did it begin? Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps?
I recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then enabling and disabling Bookings for your account again. Select Users > Active Users from the Microsoft 365 admin center. Once you've selected the user you want, go to the Licenses and Apps section, expand Apps, and uncheck the box next to Microsoft Bookings. Click Save and Refresh the page. Check to see whether anything has changed after reassigning back.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
De Paul
