Sway Analytics Parameters

Hi,

I know this question has been asked multiple times, but the answer always refers to this post: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Sway-Blog/Sway-smarter-get-to-know-your-readers-with-Analytics/ba-p/191181 - which I cannot access due to my organisation having quite strict settings on what we can and cannot access.

I am looking for details on how "glance", "quick read" and "deep read" is defined, and how the average completion percentage is determined.

I would also like to know whether editors entering the sway to make changes before a "view only" linked is shared in included in the total number of views.

As mentioned, I cannot access the above linked article I see in all the other replies to this, so if that information can be shared in another way (e.g. in a reply here) that would be ideal, as I have not been able to find another source for this information.

Many thanks in advance.

    Dear Anne-Sophie Hoffmoen,

Good day! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Per your update, I also try to search the information based on your requirement, and all the information about sway is redirect to the link you provided above. When I try to access the link, I can't access this link after registering with the same error.

I guess the page is removed or locked in that community. To get the detailed information about your concerns, I think the best way right now is to post a query in that community under Sway category. The moderators there may have more information about the reason and the questions you concerned.

Below is the link of Sway product in Techcommunity:

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,

    Stacey | Microsoft Community Moderator
