MBAM upgradation from 2.5.1134.0 to 2.5.1152.0

Question

1-We have MBAM 2.5.1134.0 in our infra and need to upgrade it with latest relese october 2020 MBAM 2.5.1152.0,and our setup is deployed as below one reporting server,one Helpdesk and monitoring server and Bitlocker policy managed via SCCM,please suggest how to upgrade MBAM server nad MBAM client.Question 2-What is bug in Latest release of MBAM,if possibel please share whole upgradation process in video link
