Creating Microsoft Training

I am creating a course for adult learners and a unit will be covering how to use the Microsoft Suite.

My organization uses PowerPoint for everything and there is no guarantee of internet access.

I am curious about the legality of screen recording the overview videos that Microsoft has on their website that cover the "how-to's" of Microsoft Suite, as well as all their step-by-step directions.

Are there PDFs that I can request of these materials? Video files that I can access without the use of the internet?
