1.How do we comply with data privacy laws of the country where Microsoft forms is used to collect whistleblower reports which may contain personal information?

    Greetings! Thank you for posting in Microsoft forum.

    Microsoft Forms data is stored on servers in the United States, with the exception of data for European-based tenants. The data for European-based tenants is stored on servers in Europe. Reference: Data storage for Microsoft Forms

    As a tenant admin, you can view tenant specific data location information in your Microsoft 365 admin center in Settings > Org settings > Organization profile tab > Data location.
