Bank Linking issue

We have been using Microsoft Dynamics BC for approximately 4 months now. We have continued issues with being able to link our bank accounts so we can import transactions. Some of the issues are due to the fact that the banks have changed the platforms/information needed to log into their websites, and Yodlee has not changed the information needed to log in, so we cannot link them. Are you able to help with this? ****I was able to get a bank to let us use another portal they have because Yodlee from the company has the correct login information needed. I was able to link the bank accounts successfully again, but the system is not pulling any data in. Are you able to help look into it?
