PowerPoint unable insert the chart

Hi team,

When I tried to insert Chat , after tick and it is no respond and unable generate the Chart .

4-5 user affected .

My version is 2022 (Build 14931.20132 Microsoft Store)

My OS is 19044.1526

PC version is 21H2

Done repair also same .

Any other basic trouble shooting can perform ?

    Hello,

    Per the description shared, we understand the problem facing at your end but when we check the behavior in the latest version of the PowerPoint application, we can insert the chart without any problem. As you have performed repair with no success and from the version shared, we understand you installed the PowerPoint app from Microsoft Store, I would like to know whether you are having the Office 365 Subscription?

    If yes, can you try to install the Office 365 apps from the Office 365 Portal and open the PowerPoint to check whether you have the same problem? Reference: Install Office apps from Office 365 (microsoft.com)
