Create an external reference to an undefined cell range in another workbook

I have a source excel file and a report excel file

My issue is that the data I’m working with in the source file can be 100 rows one time and 10,000 rows the next. The columns and column names remain the same, but the # of records can greatly vary from one time to another. There are pivot tables that I need to consider in the report file so just choosing code that pulls over 10.000 rows can be a problem with the reports.

Is there code I can work with to make this no longer be an issue??

    Dear Shubha,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

According to your description, using Excel to pull over 10,000 rows may cause Excel performance issues. If so, you can use Microsoft Access to manage data. Please check if the following references may help.
