I cannot find the Paragraph group in either my Excel nor my Word (Microsoft 365).

I don't see an option to add it to the ribbon either. This would include my spacing, fill, borders, etc.

I cannot seem to find any help in searching online either.

Please help!

    Dear Elisa,

Thanks for your updates and reply.

The settings in the screenshot are in Word and I'm afraid that Excel may have no such settings as Excel's formatting is mainly related to the cell formatting. You may click on Format Cell to adjust the text font, the cell border, the text alignment and so on in Excel as what is showed in my screenshot above.

So could you find the settings in your screenshot in the Word application you are using? Is the issue in your environment that you can't find such settings in the Word application you are using?

If yes, please upload a full screenshot of the Account page in the Word application you are using for our reference. You can access the page via clicking on File>Account.

Note: Remove any private information before uploading the screenshots.

    Sincerely,

    Dear Elisa,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Generally, you can click Format Cell to adjust the text font, the cell border, the text alignment and so on.

So what do you want to do in the cell or text in Excel? Could you provide more detailed information for our confirmation?

    Sincerely,

    Cliff | Microsoft Community Moderator

    Thank you, Cliff.

Previously, I had an entire Paragraph group, which included the cell formatting (fill and borders) and from which I could click on the expand box in the bottom corner and find the spacing. This is what I'm looking for (except in Excel):

I had it on one of my tabs until the last week and it is gone. I want to be able to click the fill box for a cell from the ribbon, and not go to a menu (although thank you for your suggestion above). I've tried to customize the ribbon, but the Paragraph group is gone.
