    Dear GDC Applications,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on your description, we understand that you want Forms to automatically calculate the final amount based on the user's choice. I would like to know if I am understanding correctly. If so, Forms does not currently have such built-in functionality, so we may not be able to meet your needs.

At present, Word aound allows you to export the received reply to Excel, and then calculate the total amount from Excel to return to employees, or directly use Excel to create Forms and use formulas to obtain the total amount.

We fully understand that this operation will cause you great inconvenience. It would definitely be ideal if we can add this feature to Fomrs, thank you for bringing thing to our attention.  Microsoft continuously aim to improve the features of O365 Product and suggestions like this is very much appreciated.  You can go to Feedback community: Ideas · Community (microsoft.com) to create a new entry or vote this entry

    Sincerely,
