Dear SUSHIL KUMAR RATH (IN),
Good day! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.
May I know if the OLE error is "Microsoft Excel is waiting for another application to complete an OLE action"?
If not, could you share a screenshot of the error?
If yes, we did some search for the error and we want to share following suggestions. You may have a try, hope it helps.
1.Disabe all add-ins in Excel:
Go to File > Options > Add-ins > at the bottom of the window, select Excel Add-ins and click Go button, it will show all add-ins. Uncheck all the boxes next to add-ins and click OK.
Go to File > Options > Add-ins again, select COM add-in on the bottom, Go, if you find Acrobat PDF Maker Office COM Add in in the list, uncheck the box for it and OK.
Reopen Excel application, see if the error still appears.
2.We notice you mentioned "we have already try disable in DDE", may I know if you have went to File>Options>Advanced>scroll down to General section and ensure the box for Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) is unchecked?
If the box is selected and the OLE error appears, we recommend you deselect the box, click OK, restart Excel and check the result.
3.If Internet Explorer is running on your computer, we suggest you close IE process by opening Task Manager, go to Processes tab, see if you can see any process belonging to Internet Explorer, right click it and choose End task.
Go to Excel and see of OLE error still appears.
In addition, if the OLE error still appears in Excel, we do understand it has caused inconvenience and apologize for it. We'd like to help you further and want to confirm that which steps did you do before the error appears?
And may I know the version of your Excel app? We want to test in same version.
Please go to File>Account, capture a full screenshot of Product Information from right side of the page.
We look forward to your reply. Thanks for your cooperation.
Hope you keep safe and healthy always!
Sincerely,
Tina | Microsoft Community Moderator
