Hi,

My account was deactivated from school, but I was signed in to one note app. My files were saved offline, but accidently i signed out that account and now i couldn't access those files. Its only been a month since it was deactivated from school.

Can you please recover those offline files, they were really urgent. I'm willing to pay for its recovery too.

please help me, I know tech can make it possible since they were saved offline.

    Dear Ripan,

    Thanks for posting in the community.

    Normally, when you sign out your account from OneNote, all notebooks belong to that account will be closed from OneNote. According to your description, I am afraid it is not available to restore these notebooks from your device. Based on the situation, I would like to suggest you contact your school and let the admin/IT department restore/activate your account. After that, you can try to use the account to reopen these notebooks. Sorry for what you encountered.

    If your account is restored/reactivated and you are able to find your notebooks from OneNote for Web, please feel free and post back. We will help you to transfer these notebooks to another account.
