Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Thankyou for getting back to me.
Is there anything else I can help you with today?
Many thanks

I can't access my subscription. Amazon shows: "Looks like something went wrong. We cannot download the page you requested. Check back later."
I've checked back many times and the message is the same. I can't connect to an Amazon customer rep. Anyone else had this issue?

OK, thank you. I will try Amazon again.
Hi,
Thanks for getting to me.
Firstly you will have to speak with Amazon in order to retrieve your subscription.
Unless I am corrected it would appear there is very little that can be done here as they have sold the subscription to you.
I would sign into your Amazon account and then navigate to the contact us section to speak with someone.
Feel free to update the thread when you have spoken with them.
Many thanks

Hi, Tim: The message is coming from Amazon when I am in my Amazon account trying to access the subscription.
Hi,
My name is Tim and I’m sorry to see you’re experiencing problems using Office.
So you’ve bought a subscription from Amazon and receiving the error that you mentioned above.
Are you receiving this error through Amazon or via Microsoft when trying to access your subscription?
Look forward to hearing from you.
Many thanks
Tim
