Failed to start deployment

There was an error provisioning the resource group 'NetworkWatcherRG'.
Additional details from the underlying API that might be helpful: The client 'live.com#___@___.___' with object id 'f86a39ad-7d8b-4278-bc00-7381f0372285' does not have authorization to perform action 'Microsoft.Resources/subscriptions/resourceGroups/read' over scope '/subscriptions/86e373d3-e11d-4bc9-9c58-042e25e6386c/resourceGroups/NetworkWatcherRG' or the scope is invalid. If access was recently granted, please refresh your credentials.
