One Note display changed

My view totally changed. I had a very neat view where everything was on the left.

How do I change it back

The app looks so dull now

According to your description, for ā€œeverything was on the leftā€, do you mean the situation as in the following screenshot?

If so, you can check the display settings via File> Options> Display.

If not, please provide a full screenshot and more details for us to better understand the situation.

I assume you are confusing OneNote with OneNote for Windows 10 because you have installed both.

In Windows search for "onenote" and you'll see šŸ˜‰
