Delete custom SharePoint List Form from Subsite

Hi,

I am trying to delete a custom form from my SharePoint List that was created using PowerApps. The List resides in a SharePoint sub-site that is associated with a Private Channel in Microsoft Teams. When I go into List Settings there is no option of "Form Settings" to change which form version I am using. For example:

I am assuming that I do not have the form settings shown above because my List lives in a Private Channel's SharePoint sub-site. Is there another way to delete (or stop using) the custom form I have created in PowerApps?

Dear TM,

You need to click on Settings>List Settings to go to the List Settings page and then replace listedit.aspx with FormSettings.aspx like the following.

If you haven't tried it, I suggest you try it to see and let us know the result. Please check whether the Form Settings page URL is like the following in your environment.

https://contoso.sharepoint.com/sites/teamsitename-privatechannelname/\_layouts/15/FormSettings.aspx?List=listid

If yes, what error messages pop up when you go to the page? Could you provide some related screenshots in your environment?

Note: Remove any private information before uploading the screenshots.

Welcome to the forum here.

You can go to the Forms Settings page directly via the URL to remove the custom form.

The general private channel related site's List Setting page URL seems to be the following.

https://contoso.sharepoint.com/sites/teamsitename-privatechannelname/\_layouts/15/listedit.aspx?List=listid

You can replace listedit.aspx with FormSettings.aspx as follows to access the page and remove the Power Apps forms.

https://contoso.sharepoint.com/sites/teamsitename-privatechannelname/\_layouts/15/FormSettings.aspx?List=listid

Hi Cliff,

I was unable to get the Forms Settings URL to work. This is the address to my list:

https://org365.sharepoint.com/sites/teamsitename-privatechannelname/Lists/list name/AllItems.aspx
