Sharepoint hyperlinks not working

Hi Everyone, I am working on a home page for my organization and I created a sharepoint page, uploaded documents, and then I started getting a message saying the site cant be reached.

I dont know how to fix the hyperlink or delete the page entirely so i can start over.

I can see the page from my onedrive, but when i click it i get this message also.

help is appreciated!
