It is for sharepoint online home page. it is for all users in SharePoint. Before approving the event users are able to see the event. When event is in pending state it should not show to me also.

    Dear Palepu Purna Sudhakar Rao

Thank you for your quick response and we also appreciate you spent your precious time providing the detailed description to us.

Per pour test, when we add event in SharePoint page then click the event to open it, it didn't display the message as same as your end:

The message on our end will not display before approving in SharePoint. We did tests with different events in different pages with different sites, but we found we can't reproduce the same result as yours. Given this situation, to help you better, we would like to collect more detailed information you're experiencing so that we can have a further investigation:

    • May I know does other users in your organization have the same behavior as yours in the same page?
    • Does this behavior happen in all SharePoint sites with different events on your end?

Welcome to update the latest situation to us, we're happy to help you all the time.

    Sincerely,

    Stacey | Microsoft Community Moderator

When I add event in page. Until they approve or Reject event. That should not shown in events. But for me it is showing before approving only. That should not shown until approve.

If my understanding is correct, per our test and search, I'm afraid to tell you that there no settings or options in SharePoint can be used to edit this message. Apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the design behavior. Given this situation, we kindly suggest you submit a feedback in SharePoint · Community (microsoft.com) to make our products and services better for you and others.  It is the best platform for us to listen to your opinions and make our products better serve you and others. which is the official suggestion box for SharePoint. Besides, other users also can’t find this function exactly, so please vote on the same post that will increase the awareness coming from the related team. The user voting here can let us better understand what users want, so that we can better improve our products.
