Data Wipe HELP

Question

I have a lenovo ideapad S405 with Microsoft Windows. My last update was July 21st 2021, Everything was fine. Last known time computer was logged into August 2nd 2021, All was well. I had Windows 10. I logged on August 16th 2021, I notice desktop looks like Windows 8 and fewer apps on desktop, and generic windows background? I go to search bar and notice this does not include all apps i had prior to this. I go to my documents; the folder is empty, my downloads; the folder is empty; this computer, my music, my photos, most all wiped... I go to my Recycle Bin, only a handful of items here. I try selecting and restoring a couple items, they do not restore and they disappear from recycle bin and from computer. I am not super tech savy but i can work a computer... What happened to my stuff???

Any help or referrals to help would be super appreciated!! PLEASE HELP!!

I suspect you have accessed with a temporary profile, which should be reported though.
In such case the first try would be restart several times until you get everything back.
If that doesn't help I'll send you the steps to recover your data. Please do not move or delete anything.
