Sharing document and dropdown menu

When I share my document to other people with the sharable link when they open the link it is not the same as my computer. I have dropdown list and when I share it the dropdown list goes away. How do I make sure everyone has access to the dropdown list

    They are not going to have access to the dropdown list, AFAIK, unless they are opening and editing it in the desktop application. Content Controls and fields do not really work in the online version. I do not believe they are active in the mobile versions either.
