BitLocker

BitLocker suddenly locked me out of my computer. After hours of research and talking with your online support, it was finally clear I had to go buy a USB that would upload new Windows software. The cost? With tax, $149 and some change. I just purchased this computer a few months ago. The problem with BitLocker lies with Microsoft, not me. And yet I have to pay for it or never use my computer again? This is legalized ransomware. It is outrageous.

Sorry, that sounds like a difficult situation, but this forum isn't an appropriate venue to air the complaint.

"Access" in the name of the forum refers only the MS Access application, which is used to create relational database applications. None of the participants here is able to address your complaint. We all deal with Access questions.

Good luck finding a venue through which you can pursue assistance.
