Excel Stock function subscription problem

Excel Stock function error.

Always has the following error message:

We need to fix your account. Select Microsoft Excel from the top menu > Sign Out. Then sign back in with the account associated with a subscription.

I have Office 365 Family subscription. Already try sign out and sign in again. Also try re-install Excel. Still has same error message. I can use the function before and suddenly, it doesn't work.
