One drive word documents flashing?

My one drive word documents when I open them are flashing. As in one minute they are there and the next they disappear. So I can not see what I am writing on them. I have tried deleting all of my internet history and cookies etc. is there anything else i can try?

I use an old mac book and only use the online version as the laptop is now not compatible with the new downloadable version only the free one online.

    I’m sorry to se you’re experiencing problems with Office.

    Have you tried opening the documents on another computer? This would clarify whether it’s the computer or the document itself that is the issue.

    Along side that, is your computer up to date?
