How to make a bootable iso from wim

Jake He 1 Reputation point

I was given an windows 10 wim image. How do I make this wim image into a bootable iso?

I have done some googling.

So far all I can do is convert wim to iso. But this image is not bootable.

oscdimg.exe -n -d -m C:\wimFolder C:\image.iso

Should I add some kind of boot file? What is

Windows 10 Setup
Windows 10 Setup

Im pretty sure windows basically runs their ultra mini lightweight "OS" to run their installer exe. Well all I know is that they have their installer.exe that auto opens when you boot up from an installation USB. I had the same problem as you before but I think you should have a look at this page. It might help. And also before you do search up what an "unattended windows installation" is to understand this a bit better.
