OneNote For Windows 10 sync error

I started using 365 through my University and I haven't been able to sync my notes since I started using it. Whenever I move my notes to another notebook, the empty notebook syncs. It seems to be the notes that are the issue.

I Keep getting this error code: Page has never been synced | E000146E 72at2 10017 | 3ac23b9b-052d-4da1-b9bd-b94aa27f0944 202210122029

Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Dear ZachWash,

Greetings! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

I carefully went through your question and please let us cooperate and solve this together.

According to the error message, it normally happens when large file attachments are added to a page, when the section is large. In this case.

    1. I would suggest you first sync Notebook manually and see the results: Please see how to Sync notebooks manually (microsoft.com).
    2. You can also go to OneNote online and create a new notebook and copy the content of the problematic notebook to the new notebook, open that new notebook in OneNote Client (click Open in OneNotebutton to open the notebook in OneNote desktop application) to check whether it syncs well there.
    3. At the same time, you can refer to this article: Fix issues when you can't sync OneNote (microsoft.com) for more troubleshooting.

If the problem still persists after trying the suggestions above, please post back and confirm the information below:

    1. The screenshot about version of your OneNote. You can go to File > Account.
    2. Could you provide the screenshot of error message?
    3. May I know where these notebooks are stored? In OneDrive for Business?
    4. You also mentioned that you use OneNote for Windows 10. please confirm if it is OneNote that comes pre-installed on Windows 10 or OneNote that comes with Office package. See: What's the difference between the OneNote versions? (microsoft.com)

Thanks for your cooperation and understanding. We look forward to your reply.

    Sincerely,
