Changing the Global Admin email

Dear. I own a company and I used to have an employee that run the Global Admin for the company emails from 365 Microsoft. please I want to know what is the steps to make myself the Global Admin ASAP without any permission from the employee.

    I understand you want to give yourself Global Admin rights without getting the permission from the current Global Admin. Please correct me if I am wrong.

    It is not possible to give yourself Global Admin rights only the current Admin can give you the admin rights. If the Global Admin has lost access or has left the organization, please contact our phone support for Business customers they will create a Service Request ticket for you to reach out to the Data Protection which is responsible for these types of cases Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. Here in the Forum, we do not have the necessary resources to help you achieve this goal.

    Please note is advised to have at least two global Admins in an organization
