Onenote Notebook Section do not sync

Hi!

I have one (1) Notebook section that do not sync, and I get the error message,

"We're sorry, something went wrong during sync. We'll try again later. (Error code: 0x10FE)"

I can not find any answer about this error.

    Hi Fiskeproffs,

    Thank you for querying in this forum.

    From your description, it seems that one of you section in notebook cannot be synced and you encountered an error message.

    If my understanding is right, for the situation you encountered, we do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

    At the first, to avoid data loss, we’d suggest you backup all notes which has not been synced successfully. You can copy the notes to Word document.

    Then we’d suggest you go to OneNote online to check if your notes in that section have been synced successfully. If so, you can go to OneNote client and close the notebook, then you can go to OneNote Online and open this notebook > click Open in App to open this notebook in OneNote client again to check if the same problem will occur.

    If the notes in that section have not been synced to OneNote Online, we’d suggest you go to that notebook and create a new section to check if the same problem will occur. If not, you can copy the pages from that section to new section to check if the same problem will occur.

    If the suggestions above don’t work, to better understand your situation, could you provide the information below?

    1. May I know if all sections have the same problem?
    2. Could you provide the screenshot of error message?
    3. May I know if you are using OneNote 2016 or OneNote for Windows 10? If you are using OneNote 2016, you can go to OneNote 2016 > File > Account and provide the screenshot of it.
    4. May I know if the other notebooks have the same problem?
