Power Query : Missing "create data type" option

Hello,

I'am using office 365 pro realease 2102.

I would like to use linked data type and also being able to create data type in power Query.
In Excel, I have add the datatype menu to the data ribbon but it remains empty.

In power query, the icon "Create Data Type" is also missing into the Transform Ribbon.

Is it a release issue (but these options should be available in the 2102 release) ?

Do I need to setup or activate some addons ?

Thank you for your help.

    Hello MALBERT Rene,

Thanks for querying in this forum.

According to your description, we understand the issue is that you cannot see the Create data type option in Excel ribbon and Power Query.

Very sorry about it, we understand it has affected your work.

We tested in Excel Current channel, 2204(15128.20178) and cannot reproduce the issue.

We notice you mentioned your Excel version is 2102, may I know which channel are you using? As you using Semi-annual enterprise channel?

We'd like to help do troubleshooting. If it's convenient, could you go to File>Account, then capture a screenshot of Product Information which contains your Excel Version and Channel information?

Thanks for your patience and understanding. We hope you are keeping safe and well.

    Best Regards,

    Tina
