Office intelligent services missing

I have an assignment in which it tells me to use "office intelligent services", but it does not appear when I click on options and general. I have Office365 so I'm unsure why it does not appear. This assignment is due tomorrow I would really the appreciate help.

    The quickest method is to select an Intelligent Services-based feature, such as Translate in the Language section of the Review tab of the ribbon. A prompt will appear, asking you to turn on Intelligent Services.

    I believe desktop but it’s ok I think I figured out the problem. Thank you again.

    Are you using Word on the desktop or Word Online? It would not work with Word Online.
