Office 2016 Display issues

Hello,

I've been running Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 for several years now without any problems.

When I updated from Win7 to Win 10, I started having issues with all the office suite. I could no longer import pictures, and when I did they were no longer visible (there is still a blank area in lieu).

I updated everything possible: Windows, Video drivers, CGU drivers etc... no changes

This week I tried something I found on the MS forums: Disabling the hardware acceleration and reload the program. After that, all my Office programs load with a completely blank white screen. This happens whether I try to open the program or from an existing file.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled the program, even dusted out an Office Pro 2013 version, tried online repair, etc... no changes. I also now have a pop-up when I load the program which is also blank white.

I followed the guideline from this thread and created a whole new account, which reverted me to the first stage (ie before I disabled the hardware acceleration). So I can now open the software again, but still can't see any picture or font in a different color.

The files I use are fine as when I open them on a different computer, they show up entirely.

Any ideas ??

Many thanks in advance

The problem is with PowerPoint only?

If a branded PC did you update all drivers from that PC maker?

    Hello Jerome

So all text is black and white?

Did you check the picture placeholder option? In Word it's in File > Options > Advanced and look for Show Picture Placeholders check box.

Are you using any policies? Check at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office\16.0
    and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftware\Policies\Microsoft\office\16.0\

Did you try using the office uninstaller to scrub office from your computer then reinstall it? https://support.microsoft.com/office/uninstall-office-automatically-9ad57b43-fa12-859a-9cf0-b694637b3b05
